1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, mix together spinach, artichoke, cheeses, and Bitchin’ Sauce. Add salt and pepper as desired.
3. Cut biscuit dough rolls into ~½ inch circular slices. Scoop a thick tablespoon of the filling mixture onto the dough and fold. Stretch the dough lightly as needed to ensure filling is completely covered.
4. In a greased loaf pan, stack the dough rounds until full. Bake for 26 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool until safe to touch, then serve and tear away!
